  1. Log into https://portal.connectresident.com/#/account/profile
  2. Update your contact information. Include your email(s), phone number(s), etc.
  3. Click on "My Communication Preferences" or go directly here: https://portal.connectresident.com/#/account/communication_preferences
  4. Update your communication preferences, as desired.

  • Emergency (Examples of emergency communication include notifications on water main breaks, electrical issues, etc. Although you may select to receive communication through more than one channel, some communications may not be distributed via all available channels.)
  • Events (Announcements for community events and activities. Although you may select to receive communication through more than one channel, some communications may not be distributed via all available channels. )
  • General Announcements (Examples of announcements may include community newsletters, reminders, amenity closures due to repairs or maintenance, fire alarm system testing, educational information, marketing material, etc. Although you may select to receive communication through more than one channel, some communications may not be distributed via all available channels.)
  • General Delivery (General notices are available in your community's designated posting location. Choose email and/or letter only if you would like to receive general notices directly. General notices include, but are not limited to, Board/Election meeting notices, notice of proposed rule changes, election information/results. For a detailed listing of the documents, visit the Documents & Forms section of the resident portal and view the Individual Delivery and General Delivery Summary List. )
  • *Individual Delivery (Individual Delivery documents include, but are not limited to, annual audit, budget information, Board meeting minutes, violation/hearing letters, and insurance coverage information.   1. Log into https://portal.connectresident.com/#/account/architectural_modifications
  2. Click on the yellow + button on the bottom right just above the blue person symbol.
  3. You will be directed to a new webpage with an online application.
  4. Follow instructions and submit as desired.


 Any and all exterior improvements to your property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for review and approval prior to commencement of work. 


 1. All applications must be submitted with a plan to scale with all required information as one packet. Please include ALL attachments that apply to your improvement. Applications that do not contain appropriate details may be denied by the ACC. If a further description is needed, please attach additional information to the application. 


 2. All applications must be submitted to Management by 5:00 PM on the Monday one week prior to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meeting. Any applications received after the deadline will be reviewed at the following meeting. Scheduled Architectural Committee Meetings: First Tuesday of each month – see above for submission deadline. It is highly advised you attend the Architectural Meeting to assist the ACC in understanding your application by providing more details as needed.

  • Drawings must include location and screening of equipment, site plan, setbacks, materials, colors and any information pertinent to the proposed improvement such as brochures, pictures, etc.


 3. Upon review of your plans by the Committee, you will receive written notice of their approval, rejection or conditional approval within ten (10) days of the meeting.
CONSTRUCTION IS NOT TO BEGIN UNTIL WRITTEN APPROVAL OF PLANS IS OBTAINED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE.

If you are interested in contacting your Board of Directors, the best avenue for a response is at the Open Session Board Meetings every 2nd Tuesday of each calendar month. It is highly suggested that a formal request for whatever is requested be submitted to Jacqueline / Janelle with FirstService Residential. They will add your request(s) to the Board's agenda the following month.

The likelihood of the BOD addressing, commenting or solving your requests in person during the Open Session Board Meeting without formal submission is not guaranteed with an immediate resolution.
