Any and all exterior improvements to your property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for review and approval prior to commencement of work.
1. All applications must be submitted with a plan to scale with all required information as one packet. Please include ALL attachments that apply to your improvement. Applications that do not contain appropriate details may be denied by the ACC. If a further description is needed, please attach additional information to the application.
2. All applications must be submitted to Management by 5:00 PM on the Monday one week prior to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meeting. Any applications received after the deadline will be reviewed at the following meeting. Scheduled Architectural Committee Meetings: First Tuesday of each month – see above for submission deadline. It is highly advised you attend the Architectural Meeting to assist the ACC in understanding your application by providing more details as needed.
3. Upon review of your plans by the Committee, you will receive written notice of their approval, rejection or conditional approval within ten (10) days of the meeting.
CONSTRUCTION IS NOT TO BEGIN UNTIL WRITTEN APPROVAL OF PLANS IS OBTAINED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE.

If you are interested in contacting your Board of Directors, the best avenue for a response is at the Open Session Board Meetings every 2nd Tuesday of each calendar month. It is highly suggested that a formal request for whatever is requested be submitted to Jacqueline / Janelle with FirstService Residential. They will add your request(s) to the Board's agenda the following month.

The likelihood of the BOD addressing, commenting or solving your requests in person during the Open Session Board Meeting without formal submission is not guaranteed with an immediate resolution.
